duties & responsibilities:


Provide new solutions to improve performance and efficiencies.


Integrates Performance Management with all HR Talent Management functions BSC (balanced score card)


Manages the annual performance evaluation process (performance appraisal).


Maintains and updates company competencies at all levels and ensure effective utilization of the competencies and desired behaviors.


Engages in career pathing for employees and succession planning for key leadership roles.


qualifications:


bachelor degree (any disciplines)


HR diploma is preferred


v.good English ( spoken – written )


2 years minimum experience
