Front desk receptionist - Domiatec Group

•Greet visitors, answer phone calls, prioritize them based on their importance; carefully and courteously routes them

•Maintain filing and ordering of faxes, mails and e-mails

•Handle management of the meeting room and its schedule according to Domiatec employees’ appointments and check placing it on the bulletin board for general information on daily basis.

•Develop and maintain a message records for unavailable recipients and ensures their acknowledgement.

•Responsible for receiving ongoing and outgoing correspondences and recording and archiving them on the computer and manually in the books.

•Ensure that the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy

•Provide general clerical and typing assistance to the company when needed.

•Issue to all company an updated internal contact list

•Handle the administrative support for visas issuing process correspondence with embassies .

•Handles travel arrangements for Domiatec employees on business trips or Domiatec VIPs

•Responsible for developing a proper filling system for incoming & outgoing documents
