Technical Support Analyst - German Speaking - IBM WTC Egypt

Here in Egypt, we are looking for experienced and recent graduates who have strong language skills and a technical degree, and who can demonstrate that they have the key skills we are looking for.

You’ll work with clients around the world - especially German speaking countries - to offer great technical solutions. To get you started, we’ll give you initial IBM training in Cairo.

What your role will be

• Working with clients and IBM until problems are solved, and showing a real dedication to our clients’ success.

• Employing IBM's standard support delivery methodologies and tools to take charge of problems

• Showing innovation in the way you approach work and solve problems, and promoting trust and personal responsibility in all your working relationships

• You will need to work some swing shifts or night shifts, and work to a scheduled callout rota
