Recruitment Specialist - IBM WTC Egypt

This role is responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM as well as partnering with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward. This role can also be responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls or initiating/maintaining immigration statuses. Individuals in this role may also be a team lead, providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes and acting as a point of escalation for team members.



This role is responsible for working closely within IBM Management/HR/Resource deployment teams to proactively address and/or react to business needs related to human resources.



Successful candidate has to be internal client oriented, flexible and communicative with general overview in Recruitment area.



Responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing all recruiting programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM

• Administration of candidates' CVs in IBM hiring database

• Candidates' pre-screening

• Managing relationships with candidates, recruitment services providers and hiring managers

• Labor Contract and related administration support where needed

• Ensuring positive candidate experience

• Job offer processing, pre-employment checks

• Ensuring that all legal obligations are met and in line with internal IBM procedures. Identify possible gaps and follow up on solution

• Internal/external job postings

• Participation in HR projects

• Partner with local management and hiring managers to identify possible hiring demands

• Utilizing all methods of attracting candidates mainly direct sourcing through business / social media, graduate job fairs, events, internet sourcing etc. Cooperation with marketing team

• Active participation in programs to leverage referrals and improve hiring source mix

• Maintain employee data and ensuring data validity and credibility

• Communication with peers, especially within the recruitment teams and focals

• Maintain and follow up on global/local HR/Recruitment procedures in order to update, implement or improve

• Work with different tools and applications, data entry, providing functional support to internal clients in relation to tools/applications used in HR

• Forecasting, reporting, metrics & analysis

• Business controls
