Job description of Recruitment HR Specialist•


Manages the entire staffing process: recruits, screens, interviews, tests and selects employees •

to maintain the required staffing levels for the organization. The position is accountable for prescreening and interviewing applicants,

- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.

-. Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for multinationals.

* Ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects at one time.

* The ability to work effectively and with confidence to maintain positive relationships.

* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Their responsibilities may consist of:

- Suggest proper medias for approaching the right caliber candidates.

- Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires

- Supervise & interact closely with staffing coordinator in charge of assigned hires

as well as continuous follow up with on-boarding.

- Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.


Skills Required:..

An overall understanding of recruitment (processes and systems used in this industry).

Good communication skills.

Ability to match client requirement to potential candidates.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to negotiate rates with candidates and job requirements with clients.

Very good interviewing skills.

Effective time management.

Ability to work on multi disciplinary tasks at the same time.

The capacity to appreciate and understand how ones own job fits in with organisational long term strategy.

The capacity to be open-minded and be willing and able to initiate change and to modify or improve existing ideas and willingness to experiment to ascertain ongoing growth and improvement.
