STORE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - BIM

Job Description :



To rent stores with optimal conditions and prices in locations that would help maintain high turnover figures for the company.



To work in accordance with the “Terms of Store Rental Contract”.



To work in cooperation with all departments of the company in every respect in an effort for the company to achieve better results and success.





Powers and Responsibilities:



To find store locations in line with the rules of the company.



To bargain for rent and rental conditions and to prepare rental contracts.



To reject rental proposals that he thinks do not comply with the rules of the company.



To assume responsibility of the rented locations for issues such as the compliance of parties with rental contracts, the timely and accurate payment of rents.



To follow up durations of contracts.



To ensure the extension of duration of rental at least 2 (two) years before its expiry or to find a new store.



To perform all duties regarding the obtainment of legal authorizations for the opening and operation of a new store.



To conduct store construction works in cooperation with architects and owners of construction.



To recommend to the General Manager architecture firms that could work for BİM.



To make sure that construction arrangements and all material used are in conformity with the construction standards of BİM.



To check whether the construction firms work in compliance with the contracts and to notify the Regional General Manager of failures he/she has found.



To work in coordination with the District Responsible during store construction arrangements.
