IELTS Test Centre Administrator- Alexandria - IDP Education Pty Ltd.

The IELTS Test Centre Admin Assistant is responsible for managing the IELTS examinations for IDP Alexandira. The Administrator will be responsible for compliance with the established guidelines of test operation and management as prescribed by the IELTS test partners in their manuals.

Responsibilities and main duties:

Test Administration Quality & Integrity

-Independently perform audits on IELTS test centre as scheduled & provide documented feedback & reports

-Ensure the test centre operation is managed within the IELTS operating procedures.

-Ensure adherence to all IELTS manuals

-Ensure adherence to policies & procedure of all Examiners.

-Assist with the development & implementation of IELTS policies.

-Ability to work in a professional manner with stakeholders & in accordance with organisational values.

-Assist Regional manager with issues regarding risk management /security to ensure centre compliance with security policy & procedures.

-All invoices are processed in timely manner.

-Ensure up to date records management.

-Ensure up to date work flow & procedures.

-Maintain centre performance quality & feedback.

Operations Management

-Oversee management of tests conducted in the applicable test centre.

-Oversee distribution of test materials, marking of test papers, recording results & distribution of certificates.

-Manage test centre Examiners, including recruitment, training & certification within the IELTS guidelines.

-Financial reporting & invoicing is conducted accurate and on time.

-Manage the regular Clerical Marker monitoring program & the production of reports as required.

-Supervise the Enquiry on Results appeals system.

-Supervise the Verification Service for stakeholders.

-Manage the delivery of projects on time, within budget and in accordance with annual plans and targets.

-Assist with the coordination of the annual Adminsitrators’ regional meetings & the development & delivery of requisite presentations as required.

-Represent IELTS at various conferences & stakeholder events & deliver IELTS presentations as required.

Customer Service

- Ensure all test candidates receive exemplary customer experience at every contact point before, during & after sitting the IELTS test.

- Provide clear, comprehensive advice to general enquiries or ensure that more complex enquires are forwarded to the correct person for a response.

Business Administration

-Plan all aspects of IELTS testing in the test centre.

-Manage budget for IELTS testing in the test centre, including test revenue & all associated costs, staff, venue, storage, premises.

-Provide regular management & financial reports on testing as required. Statistical analysis of centre data to monitor & identify candidate trends including centre candidate targets.

-Continually monitor test day availability & capacity to ensure centres meet current demand.

Client Management

-Assist in the stakeholder management to maintain stakeholder satisfaction & integrity of the test.

-Build & maintain a good working relationship & stakeholders both internal & external ensuring that all business outcomes are satisfactory.

Project Service Enhancement

-Work with the Regional Manager on projects identified as a result of IELTS Partner Working Groups.

-Assist the Regional Manager with preparation of reports for IELTS Board.

-Participation/Representation in Partner Working Groups.

-Participate in reviews of IELTS manuals & procedures of test enhancement.

-Participate in reviews of IELTS promotional material.
