Branding Manager:

Duties:
Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
Involvement in the development of the company’s long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.
Working closely with Suppliers and Marketing Research companies to obtain relevant information, including the development and implementation of brand audit studies and focus groups.
Monitoring and analyzing business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share, consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) and the competition.
Implementing the marketing plans by working with internal and external suppliers to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.
Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogues, websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays.
Traveling internally and internationally to ensure the relationship with suppliers is maintained.
Delivering internal and external presentations regarding new product introductions, marketing materials, business objective and communication strategy.
Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands’ performance.
Managing the status of projects, product testing and the evaluation of external agencies.

Qualifications:
Experience in the same position not less than 3 years (preferred in FMCG co)

Category Marketing Manager

Duties:
Develop & manage an assigned product line from conceptual stages through life cycle to optimize profit and marketing, financial and pre-set strategies/ objectives
Responsible for developing the trade promotions in collaborations with sales management
Participate in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, analysis of market research and for new and emerging products
Seek & enhance product improvements to meet market needs.
Supply rolling sales forecast to supplier and finance.
Ensure elaborate monthly sales forecasting in collaboration with sales department.
Responsible for managing his category Stocks (Health Stocks) according to company policy.
Approving Monthly Importation Orders.
Drive the development and launch of new products.
Conduct weekly / regular market visits to ensure proper implementation of the product strategies /objectives.
Manage a team of brand managers.
Ensure proper implementation of the product strategies /objectives.
Meet market needs through enhancing the product to meet these needs.
Maintaining a Healthy Business relation with the suppliers.
Implementing the Annual marketing plan in coordination with the supplier.
Approving Category Importation orders accordingly to the market needs/Forecast. 

Qualifications:
• Experience in the same position not less than 6 years (preferred in FMCG co)
