• Managing a portfolio of accounts
• Dealing with all aspects of a campaign
• Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
• Achieving sales targets
• Attending client meetings
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
• Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the sales manager of any problems that may arise.
• Approves Change Orders and invoices, and follows up payment collections.
• Works closely with the marketing team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of products in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities.
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Sales Manager.
• Communicates the clients goals and represent the clients interests to the team.
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
• Reports to the Sales Manager, providing regular input on each account activity, including status and call reports.

• Preferred Education Majors: Engineering, Science or Applied Arts.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Ability to effectively manage customer & staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations.
